Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Aimée, the founder of Pocket PA.

Having lived in several different countries, I understand first-hand how exciting — and sometimes overwhelming — life abroad can be. I have had many big life events in France - setting up a business, buying a house, having baby - and so am very well accustomed to the difficulties of French admin. When I had my baby in France, I experienced just how complex navigating a new healthcare and administrative system can feel, especially when you are already going through a major life transition.

That experience inspired me to create Pocket PA. I wanted to make sure that other international families, expats, and professionals have access to the kind of practical support that can make life in a new country feel manageable and even enjoyable.

Through Pocket PA, I provide friendly and reliable administrative and personal assistant services for families, expats, property owners, and even other personal assistants. Whether it’s navigating paperwork, helping prepare visa applications, supporting fellow PA’s on their cases, or assisting with pregnancy and newborn administration, my goal is always the same: to make complex processes feel clear and manageable.

One of my strengths is the ability to quickly integrate into different workflows and understand each client’s unique needs. I pride myself on being adaptable, organised, and proactive — often anticipating what needs to be done before it even becomes a problem.

Above all, I genuinely care about the people I support. I aim to bring a calm, thoughtful approach to every task so my clients feel confident knowing they have someone reliable just an email or phone call away.
